Sailing to Panamá


There is no road to Panamá and no official Colombian checkpoint at the border with Panamá.If you want to head towards Central America, there are two options. You can fly or take a sailing boat which takes you to Panamá in about five days. Most captains sail two days and stop for three days on the beautiful San Blas Islands. The native indigenous call their country, which consists of more than 300 islands, Kuna Yala.
